
After discussing the company's goals and expectations, we implemented a web-based system that would allow EZMoto Parts staff to easily accept orders online. Users could add items to their cart and place their own orders right off of the website. The system would screen orders for spam, charge customers credit cards directly, and place the order details into the shipment queue.
Not only were we able to decrease the company's costs spent on manual labor for fulfillments, we were able to automate the entire fulfillment process up until shipment. With their old system, it could take up to two hours to successfully fulfill an order. With our new application, the company did it all in under five minutes.
